This comprehensive programme provides a holistic look at the global food landscape, from the fundamental principles of human nutrition and the four pillars of food security to the complexities of international supply chains. Students will explore sustainable agricultural production, master dietary management strategies to prevent disease, and gain essential agribusiness management skills. At the highest level, learners will develop the expertise to lead global food security strategies and manage emerging technological innovations within the sector.
