Changes to ABMA Qualifications

by | Jun 4, 2015 | News

As our ABMA Recognised Centres are already aware we will be making changes to our qualification offering to ensure they continue to remain industry relevant and the skills taught are of the highest value to learners.

As a result of a recent review, the following qualifications will not be available for examination beyond the December 2016 examination series:

  • Qualifications in Leisure and Tourism Management
  • Qualifications in Entrepreneurship
  • Qualifications in Marketing Management
  • Qualifications in Public Relations

This removal is the result of the industry led drive for individuals with more comprehensive business experience. With this in mind, ABMA Education will be developing new qualifications that arm learners with these highly desirable skills, enabling them to remain ahead of the competition.

In addition to developing worthwhile and highly sought after qualifications, withdrawing these qualifications also allows for ABMA Education to enhance the resources available for existing qualifications, ensuring ABMA Education learners have access to the best possible support throughout their studies.

An email has been sent to all recognised centres concerning these resources.
