After an Exam

So you exam is over…. what now?
  • Compose your thoughts, take some time to think over how the exam went, talk to friends about how they feel, (not how you did) you will probably find they all feel the same.
  • Don’t dwell on any mistakes you may feel you have made, at this point you really do not know if they are mistakes or not!
  • Make sure you get a good night’s sleep after your exam. It can be exhausting sitting an exam so make sure you give yourself time to recover. 
  • Stay off social media – its just other people’s opinions and exams will be all everyone seems to be talking about, it will only add to any anxiety.
  • Be kind to yourself.
