Chifuniro’s Story

Commendation Winner in Professional Computing and Information Systems at Level 6, Chifuniro studied at SOS Vocational Training Centre in Malawi, tells us about his passion for IT.

From an early age I have been deeply interested in ICT. I found ICT interesting and exciting, and I enrolled with ABMA Education and have enhanced my computing and programming skills and I am certain that computing and information systems is the course for me.

Why did you choose to study with ABMA Education?

ABMA Education qualifications are relevant and they are recognised by many prospective employers, exam fees are affordable, and ABMA offer opportunities to updated to degree programmes.

How did you find your studies?

My interest in It has not been restricted to the classroom in my college, I have gained knowledge in IT and skills in python, JavaScript, SQL Database etc and I can apply this to solve problems in the technology field.

What are you plans going forward?

I am planning to go further with my studies, with a university programme studying computer science. I really want to upgrade my qualification.

How do you feel your ABMA Education qualification has helped you?

It has boosted my experience in IT, and I am currently managing an e-commerce system and I am now developing websites for my clients.

Is there any advice you would give to someone thinking of studying with ABMA Education?

Work hard in class and believe that you can do better. Follow the curriculum and syllabus as ABMA Education offers a good course that can lead to many professions and onto many potential university programmes.
