We are delighted to announce that a new qualification is now available for learners, the ABMA Education Level 4 Diploma in Professional Project Management.
All projects have challenges and this ABMA Education qualification equips learners with specialist knowledge of the different challenges which might potentially impact a project. Good project managers have never been more crucial to organisations.
Using industry experts we have created a qualification that will allow learners who are considering a career in project management, to be taught the skills needed to work in this exciting, challenging and busy arena.
Learners will be introduced to the principles of projects, the types of projects that exist and the frameworks used to support them. They are then introduced to the process of projects, the planning stages including the budgeting and resource requirements, before moving on to monitoring and evaluating projects during, and after, their completion. Finally, learners will master the skills needed to review the various software and technologies which can be used to support different types of projects.
