ABMA Education recently visited Kenya and Zambia to launch the ABMA Education Learning Environment. The ABMA Education Learning Environment represents a new approach to qualification delivery that has employers in mind, helps to create professional work-based skills and is supported by a wealth of textbooks and exclusive resources.
The ABMA Education Learning Environment was launched in conjunction with the British Chamber of Business in South Africa, British Chamber of Commerce Kenya and Department for International Trade. It was presented to local, national and international employers, education authorities and recognised ABMA Education Centres.
In Kenya, we were extremely grateful to His Excellency the British High Commissioner to Kenya Nic Hailey, who introduced the ABMA Education Learning Environment and his speech highlighted how passionate learners in Kenya are for education and learning. In particular, the High Commissioner drew attention to the special links that ABMA Education had with businesses and employers and how this new innovative approach would bring great benefits to the dedicated learners in the region and to the region itself.

In Zambia, we were also fortunate to have the British Deputy High Commissioner to Zambia, Andrew Hamilton, introduce the ABMA Education Learning Environment. Andrew spoke of how Zambia learners have a desire and thirst for learning and education. He spoke of the benefits of the ABMA Education Learning Environment and how ABMA Education’s new approach would help learners satisfy the needs of future employers.

Following both of the introductions, Paul Roseveare, Head of Business Development, then went on to introduce the ABMA Education Learning Environment to all the attendees.
Paul spoke about the current approach to education adopted by many awarding organisations, the reason we need to take a new approach and why that approach is so important now. He then went on to highlight how the ABMA Education Learning Environment would support learner developments and how ABMA Education learners would benefit in the future.
