Securing your Next Job

After applying for a position, the next stage in the application process will involve some type of personal assessment. This is the point where your new prospective employer will seek to learn more information about you. Once the employer has decided that your ABMA qualification, skills and experience all match the requirements of the job, they will seek to make contact with you to move the process on to the next stage.

Whether it is an assessment day or an interview, you will be expected to fully research the position you are applying for and be able to demonstrate that your abilities, and of course personality, are suited to the position.
